“Wish I had been sent tracking information by email so I could ensure I was close to the front door when Parcelforce came by (we missed them but were in the house, not convinced they tried that hard!).”

“Service etc was all good. The lights cost £75 each and were not that impressive to be honest. You have to build them yourself, and gently pushing parts together causes laminate to come off. Fixings are cheap plastic and dont screw to the ceiling as you’d expect. The lights will look good but overall I am disappointed”

“The light itself was neat and unobtrusive, just what we wanted. But the fixing the wires was a nightmare. The illustration made it look easy. It wasn’t. When we mentioned this to the company, they said they always recommend using an electrician. This was not mentioned anywhere before. Also this is in the middle of lockdown! .”

“We bought three of the same pendant lights from from Lampsy and two of them came without the ceiling mount, screws/fixings and cover. It took over a week to get the parts sent out to us - annoyingly we had already drilled all the holes and pulled the cables through the ceiling because the first box we opened had all the correct fixings! When the correct parts were sent out, we were STILL missing a bag of screws and ceiling plugs! Absolutely love the pendants and Lampsy was the cheapest price. The lady that dealt with my many angry emails was great, but over all NOT IMPRESSED!”

As we didn’t have these spare parts in-stock, they had to be ordered in from the manufacturer which resulted in a delay getting them to you.
