The lamps didn’t arrive pre-wired as stated. Having a lot of difficulty adjusting the screws in the lamp base in order to wire in the wall plug… I don’t even want to hardwire them! I’ll keep on with it, but it’s made quite a simple job quite difficult. Reached out to customer service to see if they could offer a solution but they stopped replying. Lovely lights and will be great once they’re up, but disappointed with this experience.

This score is based Purely on delivery time as it was said 3 days aninfact took 10days from order and an email enquiring on when goods would arrive! Actual products are great and am happy with quality of lights

Ordered a lamp for outside of our front door on 3 November. Received notification that it had been shipped on 4 November - excellent. Sadly the experience then deteriorated thanks to the delivery service - DPD. I received no contact from DPD to say when the parcel was coming (unlike deliveries from other providers using DPD, the week before and again today). DPD arrived when I was out (because I didn't know they were coming) and despite having a standing arrangement with DPD to leave with any neighbour they left a note saying that I needed to drive across the other side of the town to collect it. When I went on the DPD website there was no way to change this or to complain nor to phone them. Their website said that I had to download a Q-code to collect the parcel, which I did. I drove across town and the shopkeeper refused to give me the parcel as I had no id, despite the DPD website saying that all I needed was the Q-code. I had to return home and then drive back - a round trip of approx 16 miles because the DPD delivery guy couldn't be bothered to leave the parcel with any neighbour (there were several who were in!) Once I received the lamp I was pleased with it and it would have got 5 stars, but Lampsy were sadly badly let down by DPD.

Not happy with fitting very small space to fit wires in took a lot longer to fit than I thought

Great lamp but the colour of the brass finish online looks nothing like the colour in reality The actual lamp is much darker Will be returning the item

I like the light fitting and is of good quality, but I have to say I’m not sure justifies the £100+ price tag excluding 6 bulbs, considering this is an online business. I feel they could’ve at least thrown in some decent ones for free. The box was half open upon receipt which wasn’t great and if I’m honest what was inside wasn’t very well packaged. Luckily there was no damage but this needs to be improved.

Delivery was ok once I had chased up on the order. It’s frustrating that there is no direct phone number, and the help email was not very responsive. If Lampsy could put the same effort into direct customer service and order updates as they do in seeking reviews it would 5 stars!

Great customer service but although I was at home the whole day DPD claimed that they attempted the delivery and send the parcel to a shop 30 minutes from my home. I am not happy with this as I paid for home delivery.

Product was nice but it was obviously a return. The frame was a little scratched and the screws had been worn down and only just turned. Was disappointed Edit - I’ve been invited to change my review. I won’t be. The item was fine but wasn’t up to expectations. I stand by my review and won’t order from Lampsy again

Bought plug in wall light specifically because it came with fabric cable… arrived with black plastic cable!! Nice, quality light but spoilt by the cheap flex. Disappointing, although customer service was good, offering to arrange collection or send a return label.

Lampsy tracking said goods sent but Royal Mail said not received. Beware! Lampsy has no phone number available so you are at the mercy of a bot. However some hours later after online discussion it was resolved and the missing lamps were dispatched promptly albeit 2 weeks late

Very quick delivery, however there were no picture of the ceiling rose which wasn’t great quality so I sent it back, and had to pay £12 for returns delivery which I think is too much and would put me off ordering again in case I didn’t like the lights. Also the listed locations were wrong for returns so I went to the wrong shop to return the light and had to go somewhere else carrying a giant box With a six month old baby in tow which was not fun! And I had to pay for that! A shame because most other lights look lovely.

Lovely product, happy with it - so much so I went to order two more, but found it £40 cheaper on another site. My fault for not researching in more detail. Ordered from another site.

Product arrived well packaged but hugely delayed - ordered next day delivery - arrived 5 days later obviously a problem with Royal Mail not Lampsy but they could’ve refunded the added shipping and claimed it back but this was not offered.
