We bought three of the same pendant lights from from Lampsy and two of them came without the ceiling mount, screws/fixings and cover. It took over a week to get the parts sent out to us - annoyingly we had already drilled all the holes and pulled the cables through the ceiling because the first box we opened had all the correct fixings! When the correct parts were sent out, we were STILL missing a bag of screws and ceiling plugs! Absolutely love the pendants and Lampsy was the cheapest price. The lady that dealt with my many angry emails was great, but over all NOT IMPRESSED!
