“Really efficient dispatch. I ordered late Wednesday evening, and the parcel arrived Saturday morning. (Unlike lights ordered at the same time from another supplier, which have still not been delivered almost 2 weeks later) Free delivery as the item was over £75. The product was in excellent condition, well wrapped, and the price was very fair too. I am waiting for the light to be installed, but it is a reputable brand, so have no worries on that score. I would definitely use them again.”

“Fairly disappointed really. Ordered 3 fittings waited almost 2 weeks for 2 of them to arrive. Third fitting arrived a week later damaged and marked which looked like it was trued to be covered up or coloured in?! Overall not really happy with Lampsy.”

“Very pleased with my 3 pendant lights..lovely quality. Would have preferred abit more communication ref. delivery details. Waited 5 days & contacted them , although they did respond & delivered quickly after that. Would purchase from them again”
