“Difficult to review objectively because I ordered the wrong bulbs and they do not fit. However, ordering was easy, the parcel arrived fairly promptly and was very well packed. I should return the items because they are of no use to me.”

“Although the delivered package was crushed the packaging had saved the bulbs. They fitted perfectly into the slide projector socket and illumination was excellent. Shipping costs of 3.99 gave around 4 day delivery time.”

“Have used GL a few times, but one of the bulbs is faulty. I have now contacted them 5 times over 3 weeks with no answer. Appalling customer service. No reply, no replacement, no refund. Quick to take your money, but not interested if something goes wrong. Won't be using again, and certainly would not recommend based on this type of customer service.”
