“Easy to navigate website and easy to check different options and order. “Initial postage of order was good, well wrapped and protected. However, unfortunately one lamp broken, which was replaced. The replacement has blown already after 2 days. So not sure about the quality of tubes supplied.”

“Excellent service from this company regarding delivery of six 4' thin fluorescent tubes. Very well packed and all appear to be undamaged although have only needed to fit one of them currently. Price was reasonable considering they were the less popular 'daylight' ones.”

Hi Henry, Yes thats right your goods have been shipped but you are in the USA so it will take a while for your delivery . we are not a US based company we are in the UK Regards Support
