Hi Israrullah , This item was out of stock when you placed your order as they have now been discontinued. We managed to find some stock in Europe and imported it for you . We do advise this at point of purchase to let customers know. As soon as the lamp arrived we sent it straight away.

“Ordered 3 ballast from General Lamps. They got here in a timely manner, but were the complete wrong ballast. Tried to contact the company twice and and have not received any communication back. Now our machine is still down, am out money, and don't want to order again in fear of same thing happening again.”

Hi Matthew, We havent had any contact from you ? Please can you email sales@generallamps.com and explain what this issue is . I notice that you are in the US , the US works from 110/120v whereas we are 240v is this the problem? Regards Technical

“This order was placed on the 16th February. We live in Jersey in the Channel Islands, which is part of the UK. I was shocked to discover that the shipping from mainland England to Jersey would cost £15.00. This is exorbitant for such a small and light package. The average cost for a similar package is less than £4.00. I still went ahead with the order as I wanted coloured bulbs and had difficulty sourcing them elsewhere. Your Company offers a fast service. However these bulbs did not arrive until 8 days later on the 24th February, which was disappointing. The bulbs seem fine, however given the cost of postal delivery, it's unlikely I will order from you again.”
