“Order placed in January, after 2 Mths with no delivery got round to calling them to see what was going on and was told bulbs were out of stock but new stock due in... Low and behold a week later they arrived. Wonder if they'd of arrived had I not called them. Zero communication from the company throughout.”

“Took well over 2 months to receive the bulbs I ordered by which time I had changed the light fittings as I had no correspondence or delivery date, and we were without lights so we changed the fittings so that we no longer needed specialist bulbs.poor customer service.”

“Ordered 2 5ft Lighting Tubes and a starter, delivery was fast, unfortunately one tube was damaged in transit but after contacting we got a replacement sent out within the week.”
