“The delivery of the 6x40 watt lamps failed the first time. You were in no way responsible for the failure ~ the royal mail did not leave a calling card in my absence. Royal mail agreed to redeliver and I received the lamps today. Thank you for responding fully to my emails when I had not received the lamps, your replies enabled me to get royal mail to redeliver.”

“I ordered 4 lamps from yourselves. On arrival I fitted the lamps to my unit and initially they worked OK. However ,within say 5 hours of use, two of the lamps had blown with the fillament broken. Needless to say I am not happy with this situation and request two replacement bulbs please. I have retained the broken bulbs should you want to examine them. Please advise Martin Harris”

Hi Martin, I am sorry to hear that a couple of bulbs have failed already. I will send two lamps to you today free of charge . Please can you dispose of the two that have failed, as they are filament bulbs they can go into ordinary household waste Best Regards Service

“I purchased some spare lamps for my NEFF oven after the replacement lamp from another supplier failed after only a few days. Since installation, the new Osram lamp from General Lamps has continued to function. The lamps were sent in appropriate packaging and arrived in good condition. Thank you.”
