The whole process was easy and the products arrived intact which is always a worry with bulbs. However they were not as described on the website. I received 3.5W with less filaments than the 4W I ordered and the existing 4W bulbs they were supposed to match. I did email but didn't receive a reply other than this request to leave a review. It's not a major issue but just a niggle.
