“Order No 100192686 Goods not received. I am told that the Royal Mail were unable to deliver and a card was left.No card was ever left here' . I have been instructed to contact Royal Mail and I have tried but unable to make contact . General Lamps phone is permanently engaged and I just want my money refunded asap. Thank You -T Jones”

Hi Thomas I have just tracked your parcel and Royal Mail tried to make delivery on the 22nd March but unfortunately no one was in to accept delivery. Your order is being held at Staines Delivery Office for you to collect. Regards Service Team

“Great speedy delivery. However, the item was a daylight lightbulb for working on artwork. There is writing right across the actual top of the bulb which reflects onto the artwork rendering the daylight from the bulb useless!”

“Poor after sales customer service let this company down after some bulbs arrived damaged. A simple problem was made a big issue by this company. Pity. I would not use them again due to this experience.”
