“I ordered my tubes from here and they arrived intact in a jiffy bag after nine days.But prevos to this i had E-mailed customer service three times to enquire when my lamps would be arriving,but no one bothered to reply,so poor customer service.”

Hi John, You selected "collection" when you placed your order. Our team contacted you to advise that you have asked for a collection eventhough you are in sussex and credited your order as you did not want to collect or pay for postage for goods to be delivered. Regards Service team
