These are really for sale only for specialist applications new , LED is the best technology for domestic lighting. “I didn't receive my item or a refund because their postage was misleading and said it was free postage but it wasn't it was free collection. I asked for a refund, I didn't get one . I will put it down to experience and go to a store to buy instead .”

“Shopping for a lamp for my fish tank was made easier by going on line as i would have had no idea of what to ask for in a store. Ihave found before' that what I think I have said is not always what an assistant thinks I said and I dont get what I wanted. I found you because I was able to read the printed details on the lamp I I had removed”

“It said clear, I was expecting a white light, instead it's a reddish sunset colour, it's awful, I bought two of them and it cost me just over £20 with delivery, and delivery was extremely slow, I thought it would never come, very disappointing all round.”

Hi Jeff, Looking at your order you ordered a clear bulb so that is what we have sent. You ordered an incandescent bulb that is 2700K warm white , these do have a warm appearance in the same manner as other household bulbs. We can supply an LED version in cool white that would have a cooler appearance if that is suitable?
