“I couldn't see the bulb online I wanted found only something with 1 digit different, so I called and spoke to Gerry. He was very helpful and we had a laugh due to my reply to where it was going, and I replied Norfolk instead of in our cartlodge!! Senior moment. It did take over a week to arrive but our postal service isn't the best so the delay was probably down to them.”

These are really for sale only for specialist applications new , LED is the best technology for domestic lighting. “I didn't receive my item or a refund because their postage was misleading and said it was free postage but it wasn't it was free collection. I asked for a refund, I didn't get one . I will put it down to experience and go to a store to buy instead .”

“Shopping for a lamp for my fish tank was made easier by going on line as i would have had no idea of what to ask for in a store. Ihave found before' that what I think I have said is not always what an assistant thinks I said and I dont get what I wanted. I found you because I was able to read the printed details on the lamp I I had removed”
