“I have had previous experience of attempting to buy bulbs on line with poor results. I ordered 2 bulbs from lamps on line hoping that at least one would survive the hazardous journey to Sutton Coldfield. I was correct. Although it was difficult to fault the way the bulbs were packaged only one survived the journey. The package was promptly delivered but alas with only 50 percent success rate.”

“Odered 10 bulbs at the start of January. They took my money immediately and there website stated all items were in stock. after 3 weeks I rang them only to be told they were awaiting some of the stock, no apology or notification to say they were going to be late, infact customer service lady appeared not care at all, that I was inconvenienced. Waited another three and half weeks for them to finally be delivered. Very poor service and communication. Surely the basics of a well run business.”

Hi Daniel, I have checked the audit trail for the items you ordered. The 40w R50 was out of stock when you placed your order. To advise customers of this when you view the item before making a purchase we show you our stock levels and when you place your order if the item is out of stock a pop up appears advising this item is not in stock . We do this so that our customers clearly know the position regarding their order making it easy not to proceed if they dont want to wait for their goods. As soon as stock arrived we sent your goods to you

“I ordered two halolux ceramic light bulbs. The price was reasonable . The package arrived in less than 1 week. The bulbs were well protected with bubble wrap. I have not used the bulbs yet but I am pleased with delivery communication and care with packaging .”

“When you want something cheap but good quality that's delivered quickly it's usually a case of picking two out of the three on your wishlist. The bulbs I bought were half the price of anywhere else, branded and came a few days later. Need I say more?”
