Afternoon John, As I am aware, you have not tried to contact us, nor have you sent an email. Its very rare for these bulbs to blow in 5 days so please get in contact so that we can speak with you in person to discuss a replacement or a refund. Regards

I ordered two fluorescent lamps but unfortunatley they were broken on deivery. I contacted the customer service dept but had not reply.

I ordered batteries on the 27/11 and still have not received any batteries, it is now the 08/12. Had I of known it was going to take over 5 day I would have gone else where.

Dear customer, This is the couriers fault as your order was shipped down the the warehouse on the day of purchase I have just checked your tracking and it is due to be delivered today. Please also understand that due to the weather conditions lately the couriers may not be able to send some goods on time. From start to finish! Very rude when being spoken too, to me the whole I dealt with were either rude or had no clue answering my questions or did not seem bothered, plus I have had to chase my delivery. Terrible company I will not be purchasing from here again. Work on your customer service skills!!

Dear customer, You called us on Friday and asked what was happening with your delivery we explained it had been lost in transit and we were getting them sent back out ASAP. We also emailed you two times once on the 25th of November to explain that you had opted for collection so we couldn't send you your goods because we thought you were collecting we also emailed to let you know they were ready to collect. We also emailed you again on the 26th of November to say you opted for collection again and what the price was to have it delivered and you replied and agreed to pay the delivery fee. Your order was then shipped on the 26th but it was unfortunately lost in transit which we found out on the Friday due to your call. We apologise sincerely for your goods being lost in transit but I can assure you a replacement has been sent. I can also assure you that our customer service team helped you in the best way possible. Twice they have messed up my order, now a week after original delivery and still havent received my missing items,they di however send the wrong item after promising to send the two missing items, now have an extra bulb o dont need and two missing bulbs i do need phones straight to a machine and they take days to answer emails

Hi Carlos, 2D lamps have been banned under Rohs regulations so they have been very difficult to source especially in colour 82. I can see that our service team has contacted you and agreed on colour 86 as an alternative. I am sorry for the delay Carlos , hope everything is now OK Regards Support

Ordered 100 watt lamps and it took over 10 days to arrive. Are they making them to order or getting them in from China. Would expect next day delivery.

Hi Alwyn, The bulbs that you ordered were out of stock when you made your purchase. During the ordering process a pop up appears to advise availability. As soon as stock arrived we despatched your order. Sorry for the delay

Post & packing was over priced for one tiny lamp and best of all took ages to arrive. You want to do business online you need to look at how Amazon ship. Got stuff from china quicker

Hi Roger , we received your order on the 29th October and delivered on 1st November which is a three day service. This competes with Amazons standard service , and we dont think you would be able to get goods from China in 3 days as customs admin takes at least this time. If you can send us details of the carrier that you use to import from China we will happily evaluate them

i ordered 2 x Phillips PL-C 10W/830/4p bulbs. I was sent 2 x Osram D/E 18W /830 bulbs which are useless to me!

I don't like giving bad reviews but in this case I have to. I ordered a lamp on 1/10/24, and got an email on the 2/10/24 saying my order had been shipped. But nothing appeared for days. On the 9th I got an email saying _both_ that the order was complete _and_ that the product is currently out of stock and would put on back order. It's now 12/10/24 have heard nothing else.

Hi Karl, The email sent to you on the 9th explained why you may have received notifiction that the order was despatched. To confirm fluorescent tubes have been banned so we are struggling to get stock in . We are buying as much stock as we can from as many sources as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery as they are difficult to source. We can refund your order , supply LED as an alternative or you are of course welcome to wait for a delivery to arrive with us. Regards Sales

Don’t even think about ordering if you live in Belgium. After paying for “shipping” (£15 for a handful of bulbs…) my package was held up in Belgium Customs and General refused to accept a return.

Hi James , Your review does not reflect the sequence of events. The issue was that you did not want to pay the duty that was payable on your order. This is not in our control and is what Belgium authorities charge to their residents. We advised that we would accept the goods back however we could not credit the post for sending goods out or to return them as we will not be able to recover that from the carrier. Note - when we export goods to the EU we deduct VAT so there is a 20% reduction in your purchase price, when the goods arrive in the destination country duty and sales tax are charged at this point. So effectively you save at one end and pay at the other which equates to a similar monetary value.

The lamps I ordered against the website image were not the ones that arrived, although a similar spec but a cheaper version. Considering the price I paid very frustrating, couldn’t be arsed to send them back so I will use them , but won’t deal with this unreliable company again

Hi Steve, I have checked with our warehouse and they have advised that they sent the current version to you from Philips? Please can you send us an image of what you received if we have sent a product that is not of the same quality we will reimburse you for your order. LED lamps are constantly changing as performance improves so it can happen that we send an item that is better than want you have ordered ( for the same price) but we dont ever send a client an item that is inferior in performance to what was advertised

Item received damaged. Took nearly 3 days to receive an email reply from customer services and couldn’t get a response from their telephone number. Item was out of stock, but they would be sending it as soon as they could. No email from them or courier to say it was being delivered and courier just turned up. Won’t be using again.

Hi Ian, fluorescent tubes have been banned from use, so it has been hard for us to find a source for these. Our team did a great job of contacting our supply network to find some 5ft 835 tubes . As soon as we received them we sent a replacement to you Sorry that you find our service disappointing

Paid for next day delivery on Saturday and they came on the Wednesday! Emailed, no response and won’t get me a refund. £10 delivery too! Will not use again.

Hi katie, we are sorry that you were not happy with the service that you received. I have checked your order and can see that you placed the order on Saturday. This would be sent on Monday on an overnight service as we are not open Saturday and Sunday ( we do advise this when ordering). However we dont like it when clients are not happy so please email our support team who will refund your carriage.

I received a faulty bulb and have tried for a week for somebody to get back to me to sort this out, I’ve tried emailing and a complaint form also a voice message, really not good

The 2 tubes were both broken when I opened the package. Called customer service to tell them and left my details and no one bothered calling back so I went to a different company.

I received the lamps ordered, they were for a friend Unfortunately they arrived both broken , due to a family loss I wasn’t able to retrieve the broken lamps to contact your company and request replacements. Not a great situation, I will put it down to experience
