“Good ordering system. Communication post order not so good. One lamp faulty and I was offered a refund or a replacement. Have opted for replacement after confirming that all other bulbs are ok. But have had none mail back to confirm they will desist h one replacement bulb. To get five stars you need to improve your communication. More e mailing required!”

“I found it so difficult, and nigh on impossible, to purchase locally the bulbs that I needed to replace the ones that had warn out in my household. On prowsing the internet I came across Lamps2udirect and found the bulbs that I thought would replace the expired ones so put an order in. Fortunately the ones I received were ideal replacements so I ordered a further two packs as future replacements. The service I received from Lamps2udirect was superb and I would definitely recommend them to others.”

“We were able to order online fairly simply. The bulb we needed, a T4, wasnot possible to obtain from our local shops who advised going online. The bulb arrived, as promised by post, safely and securely. It is now installed and functioning. We will continue to use Lamps2udirect”
