“Martin was very helpful when my parcel arrived damaged, I think due to mishandling by delivery company.”

“There is an extremely large selection of lightbulbs at a reasonable price. The package arrived with very good packing. The only issue was that after the confirmation, there was at least one week with no news, and then suddenly a notification that the package has been dispatched. Knowing in advance that there could be some "dead time" to source the bulbs would be good.”

“Straightforward process although not notified that goods were out of stock and so delayed. Very quick communication via email when enquiries made re delay. One out of 5 bulbs didn't work on arrival (can't blame Lamps2udirect.com for that) and appropriate refund arranged and made quickly. Would use again.”

“Recently purchased 2 bags of Evergreen No Rake Moss Remover 100m2. The advert says 20kg bags - but they are only 14kg. Still not a bad price - but surprised that as of today they are still being incorrectly advertised as 20kg. Also advertised as 100m2 - but various bag weights claim this coverage - and having purchased this product from various suppliers in recent years have yet to find a variation in product quality - in which case the kg weight needs correcting!”

“Would have been a 5 star if they had informed us that there was a problem with our order rather than us having to contact them because we had not received anything. Transpires it had not been processed as out of stock. Very apologetic and professional. Once in stock received within a couple of days. Very happy with product received.”

“Ordered some bulbs on 7th March but had to phone on 17th as I hadn't received any notification of a delivery date. The man was very helpful, said they were awaiting delivery of the bulbs from Europe and that it was unusual I hadnt received notication regarding the delay. They finally arrived on 22nd March, so 15 days after ordering. It would have been helpful if the website had stated Out Of Stock.”

“Found website online. Competitive prices for UVB Vivarium lamps. Ordered 4, paid , got confirmation email. Delivery was not the fastest I’ve experienced, to the point where I was beginning to wonder if it was a scam site. However, I received a dispatch email, but still took another week or more to arrive. Lamps were in A1 condition, well packed, and all working perfectly, so worth the wait.”
