“Ordered lamp shades that said they were in stock, turns out they had a wait time of 2 months… then took a week to refund.”

“I never recieved the lightbulbs,abd you refused to refund me,im going to trading standards because I have proof the order was delivered elsewhere, the parcel didn't have my correct address on it either, PayPal also refused my claim saying it has been delivered, unfortunately it was NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS,or anywhere near my address, check the address on the parcel label and check the address you should of sent it to.Its disgraceful that you treat customers this way,I entered into contract with you as soon as i paid for the parcel ,it's then your responsibility to ensure the correct address is on the parcel label and to ensure I receive the goods I paid for or recieve a full refund, the amount paid was minimal but because of the way ive been treated by you and PayPal I'm taking whatever steps necessary to either recieve the goods or recieve a full refund. I have proof that I never received the goods. I'm disgusted with your company.”

“There was no problem with the online service of Lamps2u but DPD, their delivery company, was a disgrace. After a week, I contacted Lamps2udirect who investigated. DPD claimed they had tried to deliver, which they clearly had not. It took a further 4 days to actually receive the lamp. No I would not use this company again unless they change their courier. A big disappointment!”

“these lamps were never received by myself. Fortunately I managed to get them from elsewhere as I needed them urgently. Could you please send them to me again as a matter of urgency. Obviously I wont be paying for them again. I look forward to an update on this matter asap”

“Recently purchased 6 70Watt Bc-b22 Bayonet fit clear halogen light bulbs. 3 were supplied with badly damaged filaments. 2 of the other 3 failed on switching on. Lamps replaced the 5 which they said had been tested. 4 failed within 20 minutes. Very poor product from an unnamed manufacturer.”
