“We recently needed to replace the door entry light and ordered a replacement unit from Lamps2udirect as we couldn't just order a replacement lens. However the manufacturer had changed the design slightly so we couldn't just replace the lens and needed to replace the whole unit. The service from Lamps2udirect was great, but it's a shame the manufacturer changed the design, but kept the same catalogue number.”

“The have always very good in the past. However, unlike a lot of suppliers they do not seem give any indication of when the goods are likely to arrive. This order was made on the 16th Nov. 2020 and this is the 26th November and I have no idea as to when it is likely to be dispatched.”
