That's because the lamps you have ordered are out of stock and listed for 'pre-order' We do not show these items as IN STOCK! We have emailed you regarding a replacement, but have not heard anything back. Thank you for taking the time though to leave us a review.

“Okay service but unfortunately what I ordered did not match the photo of the item on the website. It meant that the angle of the lamp head could only be altered front to back but not left to right. This would not have been a problem if the item had been constructed squarely but it was not, and with no way of adjusting it otherwise I was forced to send it back.”
