“The order was delivered quickly and the lamp was packaged securely. After installation the fitting was found to have a defective lamp. An indication of how good a company is can be measured in their response to problems and issues. In this instance Lamps2udirect sent a replacement lamp without delay. I cannot fault the service provided.”
