“Yes they were a big help when I rang. Nice friendly call and came within 3 days. This was after I had to cancel an order at another supplier (who did not bother answer the phone) as they didn't tell me they were out of stock for a month. Refitted all the tubes in the house and no more flashing lights to upset my wife.”
