“Your response was good but failed to repair the pronblem because it was the "starter" that had failed and not the flourescent tube! Sadly I am unable to locate the failed starter within the hidden fitting, to replace it! And therefore your new tube remains unusable!”

“Not happy lamp s took two payments instead of one.They will not refund until we return the the second order.Still waiting for delivery ordered ten days ago. Been very patient but will be contacting our credit card company on Monday 4 April.”

“There is an extremely large selection of lightbulbs at a reasonable price. The package arrived with very good packing. The only issue was that after the confirmation, there was at least one week with no news, and then suddenly a notification that the package has been dispatched. Knowing in advance that there could be some "dead time" to source the bulbs would be good.”
