“Found website online. Competitive prices for UVB Vivarium lamps. Ordered 4, paid , got confirmation email. Delivery was not the fastest I’ve experienced, to the point where I was beginning to wonder if it was a scam site. However, I received a dispatch email, but still took another week or more to arrive. Lamps were in A1 condition, well packed, and all working perfectly, so worth the wait.”

“Bulbs GES E40 300W 240V Clear for Church Floodlamps x6off £36.90 Ordered 2nd Oct arrived courtesy of royal snail std (TWO weeks) service or should I say survived as not so well packaged (see photo) 16+ Oct 2025) as the over strong elastic band caused the bulbs to be expelled from their individual cartons, I suggest that an appropriate collective tape bands them together that doesn't crush the packaging be utilised. These have still as yet to be installed as they will only replace failed ones as and when there are at least two required as the cost of electricians is uneconomical one at a time as they are fitted some 30ft up (hence why this review has been delayed). The bulbs have some markings '240V 300W CE UK CA' advertised as Schiefer brand sounds Germanic but believed to be of Chinese manufacture however these will be monitored regarding there worthiness. All for now......... And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch. Mark 13:37”

“Very disappointed with my service from lamps 2u direct. Ordered some bulbs, fully paid including postage to Ireland. Then had to pay customs on arrival in Ireland. Due to postage error / incomplete postage details by lamps 2u direct the product was then unable to be delivered and was returned. I followed up and was asked some basic details and then I never heard from them again. Numerous follow up requests by me and no response. Requested a refund but it seems they are just going to keep my money, and have not responded. Absolutely thrash customer service. They just can't be bothered. Wont respond but they will keep my money though”
