“Before ordering there is no enough information on line. After ordering, no confirmation, when chasing up, says this is "pre-order" item, will get it in mid July. Then offers cancellation and refund which chosen. But so far no refund been received yet.”

“Issued a partial refund quickly, however their packaging or delivery partner needs to up their game. Ordered 2 lamps. 1 arrived correctly, 1 was the wrong lamp and also arrived broken. They sent out a replacement for the incorrect/broken lamp and this also arrived broken. We agreed on a 50% refund that they paid immediately.”
