“Delivered promptly. Appears to be good quality but, as with all leather goods, time will tell. This was a gift so unable to give more details. Would purchase again from Lakeland”

“This delightful cross body bag carries all I need for a day out while I’m temporarily on crutches. When the crutches go believe me the bag won’t, it will become my go to bag!! Easily houses my wallet/purse, glasses case, day diary, mobile, pack of tissues, keys, mask, pen and emergency pack of paracetamol!!”

Helpful Report

“This is the most beautiful and well made bag I ever bought, really soft, supple, and perfectly stitched leather. I really cannot wait to choose my next bag from your extensive collection Thank you so much”

Helpful Report

“Very pleased with the quality of the jacket I bought. The quality of the product deserves five stars. The same however cannot be said of the quality of service in your Southport store where the customer clearly comes second to the convenience of the staff. Hence my refusal to put money through their till and my online purchase.”

“Delighted with the handbag purchased for my mother. Met her expectations. Delivered on time.”

Helpful Report

“Quality excellent perhaps a little loose in fit but it will be fine to wear over more than just a t-shirt. Not really tested in this hot weather”

Helpful Report

“The lady I spoke to when placing my order was so helpful. The courier kept me up to date with delivery. When my jacket arrived (very promptly) it was even nicer than I thought. Its such good quality, and I'm really pleased. Maybe slightly smaller than true to size.”

“I ordered a Birthwaite leather saddle bag at the beginning of August and have been totally delighted with the whole process - from looking at your excellent website, the speed of delivery and the careful and thoughtful way the bag was packed. Thank you so much! I am really pleased with my new bag and I’m sure that, being a quality item, it will be with me for many years to come! If I have any comments to offer, I think that the strap could do with being a little bit longer. I wear it as a cross body bag and I feel that, for me, the bag sits a little bit high and that is in summer when often I’m not wearing a coat. Come winter time when heavier coats are needed, a longer strap would be beneficial. Other than that though, it is a really lovely bag, so thank you!”
