“Ive purchased 3 jackets from Lakeland a bomber style jacket from a retail outlet in Chester for my wife which fits her perfectly then I ordered a biker jacket online for myself which was too big so had to return it and exchanged it for a smaller different style jacket which was no trouble at all… then purchased online a suede jacket which was in the sale for my wife…all 3 jackets are perfect and have had no problems buying online.”
