“The process of ordering online was easy. I was pleased with the quality of the Capri trousers I bought. They were a little too long but fitted in the waist and hips, something I find difficult to achieve so I'm delighted about that. The Nomad dress, whilst being the right size and a pretty colour, looked like a sack on me! The return process was very straightforward.”

“Good quality soft leather jacket, ideal for going over a summer dress. Ordered online to collect from store but when I went to collect the jacket (2 days after it was due instore) it hadn't arrived. Peter, I think that was his name, in the Ambleside store was so helpful and agreed to call me on Monday when the next delivery came. Sure enough, I got the phone call and am very happy with my jacket. Will definitely shop at Lakeland Leather again.”

“The belt I bought seems to be excellent quality and well made. I bought the 12-14 size as that's what I am generally but it is still a bit big so I had to make an extra hole. No problem though. Delivery was prompt and belt was well packaged.”
