“Very efficient service”

Helpful Report

“Very disappointed in the packaging. I bought a cross body handbag, a week-end hold-all, a jumper and a make up bag. All the items were in plastic bags with each one having a big rip in them. Makes me wonder if these were returns?”

“I ordered online and my gorgeous black Gleve leather jacket was delivered within 2days. I'm so pleased with the quality of the leather and just how soft it is. I love it so much I can't wait for the opportunity to be able to wear it. Lakeland Leather were also very helpful when I emailed them a question. They were prompt to reply. I can't praise them enough. The service I've received has been excellent so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone wanting a new jacket or handbag.”

Helpful Report

“I have bought several items from Lakeland Leather and have loved every single one of them, my partner too. Between us we have jackets, gilets, bags, belts and hats. We love the quality, the service and the friendliness (been into the shops as well in Kendal and in Windermere). The quality of the products is awesome and my latest purchase is no exception - my sheepskin gilet is soft and snuggly and will be a real asset to my winter wardrobe.”

Helpful Report

“I am very pleased with the lovely leather cross body bag - the leather feels and looks good, and it's very well designed with so many useful pockets. I feel a bit mean about reducing the stars over packaging, and having looked up your site, I do understand the need for anonymity presumably to avoid it being stolen en route. However, it is a nice quality product and I do feel that your rather nasty cheap packaging (2 thin plastic bags) lets your brand down. A plain recyclable cardboard box or thick paper (see Seasalt bags) would look a lot better and would protect the product inside too. Currently, if something pierced that packaging en route, it would go straight through to the leather and scratch it.”

“Good service quick delivery”

“I have been a customer for many years. The quality of their leather outerwear remains very high and the jackets are a real pleasure to wear. You get great value from Lakeland”

Helpful Report

“Very quick delivery, and amazing quality of the bag. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of leather and very reasonable pricing policy of Lakeland. Keep up the good work, I will recommend you guys to my friends! Much better than shopping for high street brands that sell faux leather, that's for sure”

Helpful Report

“I am very satisfied with Lakeland delivery, but I'm afraid I have to return item due to it being too small.”

Helpful Report

“It’s a very useful iPhone/Purse but I wish it were no such stiff leather because that makes it hard to open and close the zip.”

Helpful Report

“The items were delivered fast and were fantastic quality. My dad loved the overnight bag and matching wash bag. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from here again.”

Helpful Report

“Ordered on line and wasn’t happy as they looked to have been worn maybe due to x shop display . Returned them and now have another pair that I will probably keep but disappointed in the way the leather is badly wrinkled on the left one seen in photo, not good for such a expensive slipper. .”

Helpful Report

“Excellent product, I have bought quite a few items in the last few years and always happy with the quality of product.”
