“I was happy with the handbag, which I got in the sale, but I wouldn't have wanted to pay the full price for it. But the card holder doesn't really work properly; it's really difficult to slot a card into the plastic holder, especially when you're trying to do it quickly with one hand. The plastic doesn't part easily, so you need two hands to fiddle with it to open it up. Not recommended. Sadly I had inserted some cards before deciding this, so not able to return.”

“Items ordered are of very high quality despite the very good prices - shipment seemed a little slow with the "ready for shipment" notice on the account showing for a few days but no reason why - would not put me off buying again though as very happy with the quality of the leather and design of the bags i ordered - I shall be the envy of other travellers.”

“As always a very lovely product. After a couple of weeks, however, one of the decorative gold pieces came away. Exceptional service to ensure I could return the bag, no quibble, at their expense and a replacement shipped. Lovely products but the 5 stars are because customer service of this calibre deserves recognition.”
