So I went on line ordered a very smart Derwent Leather coat in Nero Brown, arrived but was too big. Posted it back,a new smaller size arrived a few days later and I got £10 postage cover. Not only that but your staff are so helpful. With one jacket, when it arrived I felt I really needed a size bigger so I rang and you had only one jacket left in the size I needed; you were kind enough to keep it aside until I returned the jacket I had and then you sent it to me.
