“Ordered a pair of sheepskin clog slippers and I’m very pleased with them. They are a snug fit, but as the wool lining is so thick, I’m sure they will ease with use. I would recommend Lakeland Leather as their customer service is very good.”

“The quality, workmanship and variety of styles of Lakeland Leather Handbags are outstanding and I now own 3 of their bags and will in the future be purchasing more. I have in the past visited their shop when in the Lake District, however, I can also recommend on-line ordering which is quick easy shopping and my delivery was so fast. I love Lakeland Leather.”

“Bought as a present and have not given them yet so scored low due to the disappointment of the slippers being made in China, with all the characteristics on the website that the slippers were made in the UK, quite misleading. I also thought that the slippers were returns as the fur inside was quite flattened down with the card and paper supports just rammed back in dis-forming the uppers.”

“Bought the Sophia Wrap front dress. I loved the style but manufacture was not the quality that I have previously had from Lakeland clothing. There were split seams in various areas that I had to repair. I had to buy the thread but as I say I loved the style & fabric. Does not say where manufactured. Not happy that a week after I purchased it is now half price!!”

“I called in to your shop in Bowness with my wife we usually have a look round your shops wherever we visit, I've bought a few jackets over the years they have always been good quality, I tried a derwent in black on and really liked it and should have bought it but didn't, by chance you sent me an email offering 20% off for that weekend only I don't know if I had been on your website or if it was just a coincidence that it came through a week later, anyway I thought it was a decent offer so having tried the jacket on in the bowness shop it was a perfect fit so I knew what size I needed I decided to buy it, I usually like to try clothes on to make sure they fit right and try to support shops rather than shop online, but it was a straightforward process it was delivered when I was told it would be, jacket is as I hoped it would be very happy with it, don't ever cut down on your shops though I know it's hard in this day and age but I like to see and try on what I'm buying Regards John Oliver”
