“Don’t trust this company they are super sketchy, big spiel about the best leather and their heritage, however they don’t tell you what kind of leather they use, any reputable company would be transparent about this, these guys pedal “real” or “genuine” leather, I invite you to research those terms and find out that this company is bottom of the barrel in the shady leather game. They also use unbranded cheap zippers on bags they try to charge you over £200 for, you’ll get better quality on Amazon for £20! I look forward to seeing them on watchdog, take your money to Tuscany leather or a company with a soul! Here are my questions for when they respond to this review… do you use high quality branded zippers in all your products particularly premium items? Do you use full grain leather in all your products? Are you willing to disclose the type of leather you use in all your products? Why do you deliberately hide the leather quality of each item?”

“I cannot praise Lakeland Leather enough. When I couldn't get my payment to go through on line a very nice lady rang me back and did it for me. Then I needed to delay delivery till after my holiday and my coat came two days later after my return. The jacket is beautifully made and I am thrilled with it. Thankyou.”

Helpful Report

“Always high quality and great value for money. Whether you buy online or in the shop. Our nearest high street shop in Northallerton, the staff are helpful and friendly.”

Helpful Report

“My order was placed and arrived quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with my jacket and it's quality. My reason for only 4 stars is because the care kit, which I ordered separately, indicated that Lakeland had a "Love your leather video' available online unfortunately this was not so. An email request was made and an explanation was given. So a plus for customer service but a minus for online information.”

“Our girls bought a Keswick Medium Leather Messenger Bag for their Dad for Father’s Day. It was very much appreciated. Useful size, smart and not too heavy, and it arrived very promptly. Good all round!”

Helpful Report

“I recently purchased a glasses case for Fathers Day and was so pleased with the quality and the service that I then placed an order for a large purse and a matching coin purse. Again both of which I am very happy with. I can’t recommend Lakeland Leather enough for the service and quality of the products 😊”

Helpful Report

“Very nice product. Packaging upmarket too. Would buy from Lakeland again.”

Helpful Report

“Good quality clothing, excellent service. would have given 5 stars but the one thing that lets you down is the fact that you have so little choice of clothes other than leather, we have to buy online because we cannot get to your stores.”

Helpful Report

“Product of a very high standard. Uncomplicated ordering system. Delivered as informed. Happy lady.”
