“I am not happy at all, as there is not possible to track the order. the information about the estimated date of delivery is missing, so I didn't know I have to wait 2days,4days or a week...The status shows delivered but is not delivered to the store to collect. I still don't know if my jacket is there or no. I must again call the store or send an email and ask where is it. Overall lack of information about the order.”

I am so pleased with them, I have now ordered a new purse and cardholder.
