“Love my new purse. Roomy, nice smooth zip & exactly what I wanted. Only tiny criticism: card slots VERY tight. Really struggled to get cards in or out!”

“I’m delighted with the Grassmere leather handbag in blue I received in the post recently. It was exactly as described - beautiful navy blue leather, arrived quickly and sensibly packaged. The icing on the cake was that it was very reasonably priced compared to comparable bags sold by the big chain stores. I’ll certainly be buying from you again preferably next time in person! “My husband and I have a collection of around thirty Lakeland Leather jackets and coats (one could say we are fans of their design, quality, excellent service and good humour of their on-line team of Kate, Anna and Paul). Nothing is too much trouble for a quick e mail response. Deliveries are always prompt and packaging second to none. My latest purchase, utilising a loyalty voucher, was the Grasmere Biker jacket in Mint Green (a super colour for all seasons). We have also visited their shops in Beverley, Chester, Keswick, Bowness, all with friendly helpful staff. Need I say any more ?”
