“New Flying III Sheepskin Flying Jacket, now probably the best item in my wardrobe! Great delivery also, which always helps. Sizing seems right, again which always helps. I'm going to award 5 stars, but with a caveat about the care instructions provided. In the delivery box there was a suede and nubuck care leaflet. No mention of sheepskin. Visiting Lakeland's website to learn about correct sheepskin care only serves to make the matter far, far more complicated and confusing! https://www.lakelandleather.co.uk/leather-care-cleaning-guide I'd suggest that clear care instructions specific to the item being purchased should be included with the purchase. This should start with a simple description, e.g. sheepskin jacket with an aniline leather finish. I assume that is what I bought, rather than suede or nubuck! As a bonus for a bit of upselling, in true Amazon-style why not offer a deal at the checkout on buying the correct care product or products? You obtain another sale and the customer has a head start on being able to care correctly for the garment. Surely a win-win! Thank you!”

“I've had 4 jackets from Lakeland, my best being a Sheering one reduced from £899 to £299! Definitely worth keeping an eye out for their sales. Excellent service every time and a very easy to negotiate website. I've never had to return anything but I bet they will be good at that too. Last week I bought my first handbag and am thrilled with it as it looks neat but has no fewer than 7 compartments, great on the organisation front.”

“Good evening I spent over 3 days looking at other sites but found the products were overpriced and were of poor quality. Then I found your website, a great selection of products and prices. The quality looked extremely good. I still had a problem deciding what to buy - it is a gift for a friend, but you came up trumps. I wanted something different and the Duffle Bag was chosen. I love the colour - perhaps a 3rd choice of Burgundy? that would sell immediately, I would buy one!!! It was easy to order and delivery time was excellent, considering the current situation. “I absolutely love the black centre zip biker jacket however I’ve had to score you a 3 because the zip was faulty and I’ve had to return the jacket for an exchange. I was so disappointed to find that the zip would not work as I really wanted the jacket for this weekend. Instead I’ve had to pay out £6.57 on postage to send it back and wait for a replacement to be sent to me. To be honest I cannot understand how it passed quality control and would appreciate your feedback on this matter.”
