“I’ve just bought a navy long line hooded leather jacket from Lakeland. It’s beautiful, a perfect fit & lovely soft leather. I’m thrilled with it but not surprised be the quality as I have 2 short Lakeland leather jackets which I’ve loved and worn for many many years. I highly recommend them. Make sure that you also purchase a care kit to keep your leather protected & looking as good as new. Many thanks Lakeland!”

“The parcel did not arrive on time even though it was ordered before 1pm. The customer service was inadequate and a lot of time was spent chasing the courier only to find the parcel had not been collected from the warehouse. Eventually after speaking to customer service on 4 occasions I asked for my complaint to be escalated, I eventually spoke to someone who was more helpful and she looked into my complaint and it turned out that the courier had collected the parcels early on the day I had ordered my item. I was very disappointed with the whole process which was stressful as the order was a gift and I was unsure it would arrive in time.”

“Bought the bag as part of my daughter’s Xmas present. Easy ordering, was slightly worried when I hadn’t received it after a week so emailed them. Reply came within a couple of hours saying the bag in stock was marked and they had ordered one from another depot. Received within a day after that and it’s beautiful. Might have to order one for myself!”
