“I ordered sheepskin mitts for my daughter's Christmas. They arrived promptly and are very good quality. They are a bit bigger than the ones my husband ordered for me from Lakeland last year. I am hoping they are not too big!”

“I recently purchased two leather handbags. The quality of the bags is very good apart from the smell of the leather. After several weeks this has faded considerably and I am now using them but I would like to know why they smelled so bad. I have never experienced this before. Delivery service was good although the bags were only packaged in plastic bags.”

“I ordered a jacket and was delighted with it but, unfortunately, the security tag was still attached. I contacted the sales team and a prepaid label was emailed to me the same day. I returned the jacket and the problem was attended to and sent back to me. It took less than a week from sending it back to Lakeland Leather returning it. My jacket is very well made and I’m delighted with it. I would highly recommend Lakeland Leather as a very reputable place to purchase from.”

“Order placed in September, and acknowledged promptly. The order was delayed, as I knew it would be, awaiting stock, but the information became confusing. Shown as ready to ship for some time before had arrived with the company. When it finally arrived with the company transport from that point was quick. The one incorrect item was exchanged, but I had to request a label, and then send the entire invoice back, which would have left me with no record had I not photocopied it first. The items are good and in time for Christmas, but a little more progress communication would have been good.”

“After wanting and researching a high-quality sheepskin aviator jacket from various vendors I purchased the Hurricane Jacket from Lakeland. The quality of this jacket is outstanding especially the quality of the shearling sheepskin. I can honestly say this is the most comfortable jacket I have owned. Putting it on is like immersing yourself in a continuous hug. Superbly warm, but due to the natural materials it doesn't overheat. I look forward to using this jacket for the next 20 years - I wouldn't normally state this, but the quality of this jacket speaks for itself. Well worth the investment!!”

“Well, very sadly and annoyingly, the driving gloves didn't fit like a glove. A big square thumb with a baggy gusset between thumb and first finger ruined what would have been a perfect pair. Sent back for a refund which was processed quickly.”
