“Update: I have now received replacement jacket. It came really quickly and is perfect! Still in process of receiving a replacement jacket. I loved my first jacket but was just too big. I have issues with sizing due to square shoulders and slim waist and also have mental health difficulties and so was relieved at how easy dealing with an order, return and replacement has been. Anna at customer service sorted me out really quickly during black Friday and a storm so now I am just waiting for my new jacket. Thanks lakeland leather! Great service and high quality products!”
