“Very straightforward from start to receiving my order, which I am thrilled with, colour is perfect and such beautiful leather. Thank you so much and I won't hesitate to recommend you to my family and friends.”

“Very happy with my Hamish biker jacket . Medium fits well I’m a 40 chest at 5’7 Great quality and feels not too heavy”

Helpful Report

“Bought this for my wife ... well made with very good quality, well matched skins. Sizing slightly smaller than we expected (but it fits perfectly). Delivery prompt and efficient - but then Lakeland have always produced quality goods. We still have leather jacket bought at least 30 years ago and it is still serviceable!”

“Good quality, service, delivery and communication.”

Helpful Report

“I called to pick up a jacket at the Ambleside shop which I'd bought online. The lady running the shop was very friendly and helpful, she even said that if the jacket didn't fit she would go to the warehouse down the road and pick up the right size. Service as good as this is very hard to find and is a credit to your company, we shall definitely shop here again. Many thanks.”

“Very pleased with my bag”

Helpful Report

“Ordered Friday, delivered Monday - excellent! And the bag is lovely.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent product and service. My new jacket fits perfectly and is of a soft and supple leather which oozes quality. Very well priced. Fast and secure delivery. My only minor is that the jacket is not really a 'navy blue'. It is a blue-ish, grey which changes with the ambient light. I still love it but it was not what I was expecting. Hence the 4 stars.”

“Delivery next day and was well informed about it, so could not fault in anyway. Bag packed beautifully. I was really pleased with my bag, the leather was soft and has a lovely decoration, so I was really pleased with everything, thank you.”
