“My most recent purchase was for handbags with a Jacket bought earlier. the quality of these items was first class and the delivery was very quick. My only slight issue was that when I ordered the handbags I was expecting a 12% discount but it did not appear on the checkout page. I carried on with the purchase as it was getting close to christmas and I didnt have time. othere than that I expect to make further purchases from Lakeland in the future. kind Regards John Kelsall”

The process for returning and replacing the jacket was simple and straightforward, and happily the size 10 version which arrived within a week of the original order fits perfectly. “Website was easy to use to order my leather jacket and it arrived quickly in neat and tidy packaging. The contents were wrapped in tissue paper and contained care instructions. The leather jacket is a lovely design and soft too. The jacket fit well so size guide is accurate. I feel great and sexy / macho wearing the biker jacket and have been complimented by it when queueing in the supermarket. Good product.”
