“The slippers are lovely, but unfortunately they are too small (size 10). Have telephoned the Lakeland shop nearest to us, and they haven’t got the next size up (size 11) in stock.”

“Bought a handbag for my wife. The webpage was well laid out with good images of the bags and ordering was easy. Delivery was very swift. The bag quality and finish were excellent. I had had to return a bag bought from another online retailer that smelt musty so was ready to be ultra-critical of Lakeland. I had no need to worry, the leather was beautifully finished and smelt wonderful. All-in-all, a happy purchaser and a very happy wife!”
