“I ordered some gloves on line for my husband for Christmas, but they didn’t fit, so I returned them to the Gretna store. The lady who did the return was so helpful. She explained she couldn’t do a PayPal refund in store, which was fine, and as it was a Sunday, she would call the following day to arrange the refund. Sure enough I received confirmation of the refund the next day. Whilst in the store, my husband decided he would like a leather jacket, instead of the gloves, and again, the lady was so helpful. He must have tried on 10 jackets, some 2 or 3 times. The lady also made our Boxerdog feel very welcome too. Thank you for looking after us. Oh, and my husband loves his new leather jacket!”

“The boots I ordered were lovely, I'm usually a size 6 1/2 but had to order a 7 as the boots didn't come in half sizes. Unfortunately they were too big so I had to return them.”

“The staff in the Northallerton store were lovely - very friendly. However the jacket, which I had ordered on line for collection at store, was badly made. This was particularly disappointing as I had travelled a 42 mile round trip to pick it up!! So instead I bought the jacket from Next!”
