“My wife was looking for a quality bag with separate pockets for mobile and loose change but was clear that she did NOT want a mass-produced designer label. I found Lakeland online offering a good selection of suitable bags at very reasonable prices. Having read reviews etc I ordered a Vanessa style bag. The website was easy to use and communication from Lakeland was excellent from order to delivery, the bag arrived in 3 days. The bag is of excellent quality, smooth soft leather with sturdy zips on the compartments, which are all fully lined with Lakeland branding. My wife is extremely happy with it and I would highly recommend Lakeland based on this purchase and will certainly look at them for any future leather products. As a suggestion, Lakeland may want to consider offering a gift box with their products, this could further enhance their products and reflect their quality. I would have gladly paid an extra £5 or so for such a service.”

“Impressive service from Lakeland. I decided to treat myself to a leather jacket in time for Christmas, and having bought a leather coat from Lakeland in York about 20 years ago, which is still looking great, I went online. I was very fortunate, found exactly what I was looking for, at a greatly reduced price, and it was delivered a few days later with no problems. It fits well, looks good and is beautiful leather.
