“Sheepskin coat had an area with no stitching on the collar. I was told to pay to return it, but after several emails they sent a free return label. I was assured it would be repaired and all seems checked. I was so disappointed to have it returned back without the repair being done at all. A very disappointing Christmas present for my wife!”

“I bought a pair of sheepskin mittens online for my wife for her birthday. She was pleased but less pleased when the right glove didn't fit, it was too small. Also, the end of the glove was very thin leading to the fear that it would hole very easily. It happened that on her birthday we were in Keswick and called at your shop. A most helpful lady assistant agreed (she couldn't get the glove on either) with our issues and exchanged the gloves for another pair. Good service in the end.
