“Very impressed with the exchange process. I telephoned to confirm that the new handbag was in stock, posted the return on Friday and the replacement was delivered on Tuesday. Handbag was well packaged with filling to keep its shape.”

“I recently purchased a jacket in the Lakeland sale and I am delighted with the quality. It was a little creased on arrival and I revisited the website for some help with this, it was then that I noticed that the jacket had been further reduced and when I spoke to Customer Services about both issues I was given advice on the care of the leather and a refund on the price difference. I couldn't be happier with both the jacket and the service I received from Lakeland.”
