“Great jacket love it, nice fit very warm and looks very stylish.”

“Ordered ladies leather gloves and the right one was very tight to get on, but I thought it would stretch as they were leather. Three weeks later I was fed up struggling with it and then discovered that the top of right glove was smaller than left. Called the number on my invoice and a most unhelpful lady answered. Told me I couldn’t return them because they’d been worn. I mentioned the difference in size and that it was obviously a fault. She said I could try returning them to customer services but mentioned again that I’d worn them. I sent them recorded delivery and 2 days later I received an email advising me that my postage had been reimbursed and they a new pair of gloves were being dispatched. Thank you customer services. Score would have been higher if person answering the phone had been a little bit more helpful.”

“Along with a wardrobe full of Lakeland Leather jackets and coats, my husband purchased a charcoal Allerby 11 Sheepskin Aviator jacket for me. I never fancied one, but he has the men's black version, purchased last year and swears by its warmth. How right he is. Beautiful colour, quality, shape and style and so warm. Excellent packaging, delivery (ordered 24/1 and delivered 26/1) and very personable, friendly service from Anna and Kate in particular on direct sales, with quick friendly replies to any queries or questions. Ten stars out of five !!”

“Ok - bought a spring jacket at the Keswick store in Jan 2020. During the summer I noticed a rip in the coat (not sure how it happened) - popped into the store in Aug 2021 (pandemic caused delays!). Got a credit note & bought a brilliant coat in Jan 2022 - thanks to Leonie & her team. Brilliant service as they could have said I caused the tear or delay in returning. So yes I recommend & will always go to Lakeland Leather!”

“I was very impressed with the very quick delivery and the packaging by Lakeland was 2nd to none - superb. The weekend bag is a gift for my sons birthday - 11th February - so he hasn’t received it yet.
