“I bought a jacket for my husband the quality of the leather and fit was amazing, he loved it so much, he then bought a body warmer, a few days later we went into lake lane in York he then bought another warmer coat fully lined in wool and I then bought the aviate jacket for myself on line these items are all fantastic quality lovely and warm and will last many years we took the opportunity of the sales and we saved lots”

“The slippers came up a bit small so I had to return them for the next size up but the staff were lovely and the replacements came very quickly. They are lovely, well made and warm but I was slightly disappointed to see that they were made in China when I thought I was buying British. “After struggling to find a normal handbag and purse for a present I was pleased to find Lakeland’s selection- good quality, sensible prices. Slight glitch in that wrong colour -dark navy bag instead of black. I didn’t have time to change when I realised, though I have no doubts they would have as initial service very prompt.”
