“Uour service was good but the leather too soft; my wife uses her existing bag in a rigorous way; it has lasted more than 10 years (handmade) Likely we shall return it for that reason”

“Have been looking for a leather jacket for a while. I came across the shop in Beverley, the many different styles & sizes gave me lots to choose from. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It was nice to be able to go into a shop & try things on instead of constantly returning goods online that do not fit. I bought a lovely kitty jacket which was true to size & fits very well, the quality was also excellent l. Also the sleeve length was excellent unlike some which are far too long. I would definitely recommend Lakeland Leather to anyone looking for good quality leather goods at a very good price.”

“I recently purchased a beautiful aniline leather biker's jacket online from Lakeland Leather and am delighted with it! The leather feels as soft as satin and it's very well made. I took their advice about how to look after it and applied their Protection Cream Plus to the jacket. I am a size 8 and found the sizing fitted well over a dress.”

“Jonathan Leather Jacket, size 38. Love the jacket, fits perfectly despite never trying this on before. Leather is beautifully soft, the black and cognac finish is subtle and just right, I prefer a slightly longer jacket which this is. The hand warmer pockets are built in behind flap pockets on front, a nice design feature. Three excellent size inner pockets too. Worth every penny, even at non sale price! Excellent website, easy to purchase online and delivery was prompt. Will definitely make future purchases.”

“The quality, style and comfortability of the coat cannot be matched. The chest (I’m 39 inches) and length fit perfect but, for some reason, the arms were too long and came over my hands which required me to take it to a dedicated leather tailor to have them altered, and for a pretty penny at that. Please don’t be put off from purchasing the coat as I am very happy with my purchase, but beware of the sleeve length, as this took me by surprise. Photos attached are pre-alteration, with the cuffs rolled up.”
