“Nice little bag. Ideal size and surprisingly roomy for such a company bag. Lovely to be able to buy navy. Good price for this item too. Just wish the leather had been softer - I remember when almost all bags and shoes were made of lovely soft leather and they were not particularly expensive. Shows how old I am I guess!! T his bag is "pebbled leather" which is a bit stiff - but hopefully will soften with use. Recommended if you want a smallish bag when out and about.”

“The hat I ordered arrived damaged (a white mark on the top, the clip on the side was completely broken, and it was very scratched inside) I was offered a 10% refund for this, but instead asked for 20% which I felt was fair at the time, though I now feel that for the shoddy item I received, more should have been offered. The customer care I received was very lacklustre and I felt that she didn’t care at all.”

“Fantastic! I ordered a leather hold-all on Wednesday evening and it was delivered on Thursday morning. I paid NO p&p. The hold-all had been reduced from £199 to £135. However, when I received my invoice, I had only been charged £119. I was delighted with £135 so to get it even cheaper (almost half price!), was brilliant. Packaging was also excellent. I have bought leather coats in the past and was just as delighted by them. My husband still wears his 30 years later - excellent quality leather is always guaranteed from Lakeland Leather. If you are looking for excellent quality, service and price for leather goods, I would highly recommend Lakeland Leather.”
