“I love the look and quality of this purse and think it’s excellent value for money ( I paid £14:99). It would get 5 stars if it was just slightly bigger as I use it for my back cards and they fit but not much wriggle room. I would still recommend for a coin purse or cards.”

“Brilliant Company! I loved the Thirlmere leather Biker jacket but regrettably had to return it as a size 8 was too big- I’m usually a size 6 or 8. Fantastic colour in parchment and soft supple leather not to mention a great price. Refund dealt with very quickly and I can’t praise the company enough but please start making size 6!”

“The belt is good quality and I like it, but it's just a shame that it hasn't got a loop for the loose end part. I don't understand why. I wanted to wear it with a dress which I can't now. So I am very disappointed about that.”

“My husband had ordered a leather jacket and had it sent to Chester branch to try before buying. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite right for him but with the help of one of the assistants, Carol, he found a perfect alternative. I had not intended to buy one but smitten with jacket envy I found the perfect jacket for myself too. Carol was so patient and helpful throughout the lengthy time we were in the shop. The sleeves were too long on both jackets and she actually accompanied us to the local Taylor who does all their alterations to seek his advice as the alterations were not straight forward. We left the jackets with him. In due course Carol and the shop manager, Diane, collected the jackets, inspected them and sent them to HQ who duly posted them out to us free of charge as we live some way from Chester. The alterations were skilfully carried out and very reasonably priced and the jackets perfect . We would like to thank Carol and Diane for their excellent customer service which was above and beyond and for keeping in touch with us throughout the waiting process. A very enjoyable buying experience all round”
