“I Bought various items from Lakeland Leather over the years and have always been very satisfied with their service, quality is very good (have had two coats for at least 6 years and they are as good as new). Recently I ordered a new handbag and when it came it was the wrong colour, phoned customer service and they couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Received a refund within a day of them receiving the item back. I will be buying off them again”

“I bought the Julie White kimono style cardigan instore. I'm 5ft 3in and generally a size 12 top but I found the size 10 a better fit as being short the oversized look doesn't work for me. Lovely soft knit. Dropped a star as it doesn't have pockets but I can overlook that for the great sale price!”

“For my last handbag, the strap broke and could not be fixed, so I started looking for handbags online, I choose Lakeland Leather because I knew of the quality and craftsmanship of this company, and my bag arrived was wrapped well and the smell of leather, I am so pleased with my new handbag is wonderful and just what I wanted a soft leather to use every day.”

“This is a great idea, beautifully made and cleverly designed. It arrived quickly and was well pacjaged Unfortunately the colour, Mauve Pink, isn't nearly as nice as it looked online (on two different devices) and I would not have chosen it if I'd seen it for real. It's for my holiday, so no time to exchange.”

“I bought a brown ratchet belt via Goulds in Dorchester nearly 2yrs ago and was very impressed with the neat way it worked and it's high quality. I went back to Goulds to buy a black version of the same belt, but they no longer had any stock so I went direct to Lakeland leather and bought one for a wedding next week. It felt different, the mechanism wasn't as smooth and the buckle when put along side my brown version showed it had changed. It is lighter and cheaper than the previous version. I am disappointed in the reduced quality. I would return it for a refund if I didn't need it for the wedding”
