“Order a cross body handbag and the description was incorrect so the strap was way too short. Customer service was not a good experience and I then had to pay for return of the bag out of my own pocket. Will never buy from this company again.”

Hi Jane, Sorry to hear that you're still unhappy with our response. As we explained (with photographs) in our initial response, the measurements provided on the website for the strap length are correct. The strap is adjustable, using the buckle, so the maximum length we state is for when the strap is fully extended. After receiving the bag back, and extending the strap, we did offer to return the bag to you, but you refused. Kind Regards Lakeland Leather

“I’d accrued some rewards which were emailed to me, however I was unable to use the rewards online as they required activation. The helpline number was unavailable. However when I tried another number I found online the call was answered immediately, I received a sincere apology for not being able to get through to the helpline number as it was unavailable due to storm damage. I explained my issue, my vouchers were loaded immediately and I ordered online. My goods were received the following morning. Now that’s what I call great service given the circumstances. Well done Lakeland.”
